Estimator

We are currently looking for an Estimator to join our New Homes department.

Duties include: 

• Undertaking the full scope of estimating duties, covering a wide range of projects across all the sectors in which we operate
• Carrying out site inspections
• Liasing with clients and client portals for all tender correspondence
• Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager for tender settlements and other departmental duties
• Liaising with staff and all relevenat parties to consider all aspects of design and planning, to ensure optimum buildabilty and suitabilty of proposed schemes and projects.
